Catering Policy

Wok with Ray Catering proudly serves home-style Filipino food made fresh for your special occasions. To ensure the best quality and service for all our customers, please review our catering policy below.

• All catering orders must be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event date.

• A minimum order of $120 is required for all catering bookings.

• Full payment is required at the time of placing your order to confirm your reservation.

• Orders are not considered final until payment has been received.

• We offer Free delivery within Santa Clarita Valley

• Delivery fees will apply outside of Santa Clarita Valley.

• Orders canceled at least two (2) weeks before the event date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the event date are eligible for an 80% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

• All menu items are subject to availability.

• We may suggest suitable substitutions if certain ingredients or dishes are unavailable.

• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
