Catering Policy

Wok with Ray Catering proudly serves home-style Filipino food made fresh for your special occasions. To ensure the best quality and service for all our customers, please review our catering policy below. You may also check our FAQ page to answer more of your questions.

• All catering orders must be placed at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event date.

• A minimum order of $180 is required for all catering bookings.

• Full payment is required at the time of placing your order to confirm your reservation.

• Orders are not considered final until payment has been received.

• We offer Free delivery within Santa Clarita Valley

• Delivery fees will apply outside of Santa Clarita Valley.

• You may cancel your order up to 6 days before your event for a full refund.

• All menu items are subject to availability.

• We may suggest suitable substitutions if certain ingredients or dishes are unavailable.

• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
